Jaipur, 31st October, 2025: Jaipur’s most loved patisserie, Dzurt by Chef Tejasvi Chandela, proudly opens the doors to its newest store at Horizon Tower, Jewel of India, JLN Marg, Malviya Nagar. More than a patisserie, the new space is a sensory experience where Modern techniques meet Indian imagination, and where every dessert is a blend of craftsmanship, design and emotion.

The new outlet brings together a patisserie, creamery, and café under one roof, translating Dzurt’s flavour-first philosophy into a modern, immersive experience. Designed by Marie-Anne Oudejans, the interiors are design-led and emotion-fuelled – a space that mirrors Jaipur’s cultural richness through a cosmopolitan lens. Known for her work across the city’s most iconic destinations, Marie-Anne has created a narrative that blends local motifs, architectural heritage, and global refinement.

“From the very beginning, our aim has been to honour heritage while embracing the new- in both flavour & form. The design aesthetics too of the new space capture the soul of Jaipur making it feel more intimate and contemporary” says Chef Tejasvi Chandela, Founder of Dzurt Jaipur.

“Every creation at Dzurt is rooted in thoughtful craftsmanship a contemporary interpretation of European classics, with occasional Indian pairings that add warmth, nostalgia, and surprise. Dzurt has always been about more than desserts; it’s fueled by emotions – crafted to evoke the same joy, nostalgia, and warmth you feel when indulging in your favourite flavours. With this new space, my hope is that what we make brings not only delight, but also a quiet touch of grace to every celebration.”

Founded in 2013 as Jaipur’s first patisserie, Dzurt has since evolved into a destination for indulgence — home to signature desserts, artisanal small-batch gelato inspired by its own creations and the city’s favourites, and a savoury menu rooted in Jaipur’s culinary heritage. Highlights include the Kulfi Falooda Gelato with Pink Vermicelli, the Lemon Tart Gelato topped with a Lemon Macaron, and savoury offerings such as the Junglee Maas Sourdough Pizza and Garlic Bread smeared with Rajasthani Garlic Chutney. The brand’s collections, from the Pink City Ghewar Tart to the Festive Jaipur Gifting line that includes products like Chai BonBons and Italian Baati Cookies, reflect the city’s vibrancy and deep love for food.
