Mumbai, 08th October 2025: LâOrĂ©al Paris, the worldâs leading beauty brand, ushers in the warmth and radiance of the season with the launch of its first-ever Diwali campaign in India, âMujh Mein Hai Diwali.â Fronted by global brand spokesperson Alia Bhatt, along with her childhood friends Akansha Ranjan Kapoor and Anushka Ranjan, the campaign celebrates the spirit of Diwali through the lens of sisterhood, nostalgia, and self-worth.
âMujh Mein Hai Diwaliâ captures the unique glow of the festival â not just the sparkle of lights but the radiance that comes from within. Set against the backdrop of cherished festive traditions, the film highlights the beauty of authentic relationships between women and the joy of coming together in celebration. It underlines the LâOrĂ©al Paris belief that âBecause Youâre Worth Itâ â a womanâs worth shines not only in her accomplishments but in the warmth, she brings to those around her. This spirit is amplified through the evocative lyrics penned by Prasoon Joshi, which frame the narrative with cultural resonance, and the original music composed by Sneha Khanwalkar, whose vibrant score captures the nostalgia and warmth of Diwali.
The film brings alive memories of childhood Diwali celebrations, the bonds of sisterhood, and the thoughtful gestures that make Diwali special. From sharing sweets and laughter to exchanging meaningful gifts, Alia and her friends embody the spirit of women who become the light in each otherâs lives. Adding a distinctive dimension to the campaign is its all-female creative powerhouse that has shaped the story with authenticity and sensitivity. Directed by Shirsha Guha Thakurta and produced by Ramya Rao, the filmâs rich and evocative visual world is crafted by set designer Meenal Agarwal. The soulful score by Sneha Khanwalkar is beautifully rendered by the talented singer Harjot Kaur, while Prasoon Joshiâs guidance shaped not just the lyrics but also the filmâs emotive storytelling.
