Chandigarh, 23rd Feb: SVKMās NMIMS Chandigarh officially announced the much-awaited fourth edition of its annual Half Marathon at the Chandigarh Press Club. The marathon will be held on Sunday, 8 March 2026 at the NMIMS Chandigarh campus, commemorating International Womenās Day with the powerful theme āUnstoppable Her.ā
Dedicated to celebrating women in leadership and the spirit of empowerment, this yearās edition highlights ambition, resilience, courage, and the transformative role of women in shaping modern India. The event is being organised in collaboration with the Chandigarh Administration and will be graced by the Honāble Governor of Punjab and Administrator of UT, Sh. Gulab Chand Kataria, as the Chief Guest.
The NMIMS Half Marathon 2026 is expected to witness participation from over 1,000 runners across Chandigarh and the Tricity, with three race categories open to both men and women:
