September 27, 2025 – The Beacon School, Gurugram, in collaboration with the Champions Aquatic Academy (CAA), successfully hosted the Interschool Swimming Competition, bringing together young athletes from leading schools across Delhi NCR for a day of spirited races, teamwork, and celebration of sportsmanship.
The event witnessed participation from The British School, Pathways World School, Scottish High, Satya Group of Schools, DPS and other top schools across the region with a total of 150+ students competing across multiple swimming categories like Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly stroke. The competition was marked by remarkable individual performances as well as camaraderie and collective energy displayed by all participating students.
The event was graced by Mr. Anil Khatri, Vice President of the Swimming Federation of India, as the Chief Guest of Honour, who lauded the initiative for promoting competitive swimming among young learners. He said, “It is inspiring to see such a strong turnout of young talent from across Delhi NCR. Competitions like this not only encourage skill development but also instill values of discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship from a young age. The Beacon School’s commitment to nurturing holistic growth through sports is truly commendable.”
